•API Trading Permissions Only: You grant us limited API access to execute trades on your behalf. We do not have access to withdraw funds, change account settings, or access your personal information beyond what is necessary to execute trades.

•Full Discretion: Once you grant us trading permissions, we have full discretion to execute trades according to our proprietary algorithms without pre-approval of each trade.

•Transparency: You can monitor all trading activity in real-time through your SFOX account dashboard. We also provide monthly performance reports and maintain regular communication with clients.

•Client Control: You retain the right to revoke our trading permissions at any time by simply removing our API access in your SFOX account. You can also override our algorithms by executing manual trades at any time.

2. How the Service Works

To use our Services, you must:

1.Open and maintain an account with SFOX (a third-party cryptocurrency trading platform).

2.Complete SFOX's onboarding and verification process.

3.Fund your SFOX account with Bitcoin or USD.

4.Grant Bitcoin Treasury Codex API trading permissions within your SFOX account.

5.Maintain sufficient funds in your account for trading activities.

Once you grant us trading permissions, our algorithms will begin executing trades in your account. You will receive monthly performance updates and can monitor all activity through your SFOX account interface.

3. Fees and Compensation

Direct Client Fees: Bitcoin Treasury Codex does not charge you any direct fees. There is no subscription fee, management fee, or performance fee paid directly to us.

SFOX Trading Fees: SFOX charges trading fees on each trade executed in your account. These fees are charged by SFOX, not by Bitcoin Treasury Codex. You should review SFOX's fee schedule for complete information about their trading fees.

Revenue Sharing: SFOX shares a portion of the trading fees it collects with Bitcoin Treasury Codex as compensation for our Services. This arrangement is between SFOX and Bitcoin Treasury Codex and does not result in any additional cost to you beyond the standard SFOX trading fees.

Transparency: This fee structure means our interests are aligned with yours—we only earn revenue when trades are executed, and we benefit when you remain an active client.

4. Termination of Services

Your Right to Terminate: You may terminate our Services at any time, for any reason, by revoking our API trading permissions in your SFOX account. Termination is immediate and requires no notice to us, though we appreciate communication.

Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to discontinue providing Services to you at any time, for any reason, by providing you with written notice. Upon termination by us, we will cease all trading activity in your account.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all trading activity will cease. Any open positions in your account will remain open unless you choose to close them. You will retain full ownership and control of all assets in your SFOX account.

5. No Investment Advice

The information and Services provided by Bitcoin Treasury Codex are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. We are not a registered investment adviser under federal or state securities laws.

Our algorithmic trading strategies are applied uniformly across client accounts and are not tailored to your individual financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether our Services are appropriate for your circumstances.

Custody Services: If you choose to use custody services through SAFE Trust Company (a separate entity affiliated with SFOX), you must enter into a separate agreement with SAFE Trust Company. Any representations regarding insurance, regulatory status, or compliance made by SAFE Trust Company must be verified directly with them.

10. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
